Refund policy

Atelier Shikaarbagh endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Atelier Shikaarbagh accepts Returns and Exchanges in the following instances:

  1. Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  2. Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt.

In all the cases above, please be advised the product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition, with its original tags intact.

 

Process

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, Send an email to our customer care team at care@ateliershikaarbagh.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Order number
  3. Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

Once we receive the package, our team will determine if it is fit for replacement and send you an email informing you of the same. If deemed fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability) or else issue a refund coupon for the same amount. The refund coupon must be redeemed against a purchase made in the next 180 days. If deemed not fit for return, we will send the goods back to you.

Processing and closing of an exchange issue may take 10 business days at our end.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased from a third-party website or retail stores or vice versa.
